Terms & Conditions

✦ You are not allowed to modify, edit, or redistribute my art as your own. AI modification or AI training is especially not allowed.✦ Commercial use is allowed, however, there will be a fee charge. The fee will be paid alongside the finished art.✦ The artwork you commissioned may at least take a few days to 1-3 weeks, depending on how detailed and/or how hectic my schedule can be during those days. I will update regularly.✦ Pay in halves; at least 50% of the actual price for finalising the sketch and the rest for the entire artwork.✦ Additional characters will cost you 5$ or 200PHP, but if it's an entire group of people then it is negotiable depending on what type of commission you want. Rendering and Background has additional charge.✦ Items and/or anything miscellaneous can be negotiated.✦ Please be polite/kind, I have the right to cancel a commission if a customer is being difficult to work with. (For example, being outwardly hateful to my works or being hateful to other artists.)✦ I do not condone/consent the usage of my art to AI consumers and crypto/NFT users. As such, if you ask me to draw for you, get lost. You’re asking the wrong artist.

Commission Rules

✦ As stated beforehand, the prices in the commission sheet are the based prices— meaning, they are not fixed prizes. We can negotiate with the final prize.✦ Backgrounds, like buildings, a room that involves perspective, items, detailed props, are priced seperately.✦ I can accept commissions outside of my VGen (e.g., instagram, bluesky, reddit) however, there should be verification to show that you are a real client. This is to protect us both from scams.

Payment and Refunds

✦ Payment is through Paypal or GCash (if living in the Philippines). USD or PHP.✦ Payment in half (or full), must be made after the sketch is finalized.✦ I do not accept refunds if I have already started or finished the artwork.✦ I can only refund your money if something had happened to me, making me unable to do your commissions.

Revision Policies

✦ It is the client's responsibility to ask for revisions and provide feedback. If there is no feedback or a clear "looks good" then I will assume that the artwork is good already.✦ Feel free to request small revisions, little to many. I understand that you want to make sure that the work is what you paid for.✦ Full revisions will not be entertained. If I am halfway in a piece and you decided to just change everything, then I won't entertain that because I would be updating you regularly along the process. Revisions to these details should be done during the earlier stages of the artwork such as the sketching or flat coloring (to check if the colors are correct).
